Job Description

We are looking for a Store Executive / SAP Operator to manage day-to-day store, inventory, inward, dispatch and warehouse operations at our Bhiwandi location.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle store and warehouse operations including inward and outward movement.
• Manage dispatch and inward planning on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Make and update SAP entries for material movement and inventory transactions.
• Track dispatches, inward materials and stock availability.
• Maintain FIFO and proper material storage practices.
• Coordinate and supervise manpower for warehouse activities.
• Support loading, unloading, packing and dispatch operations.
• Prepare GRN, inward/outward records and dispatch documentation.
• Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of records.

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Stores / Warehouse / Dispatch operations.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good working knowledge of SAP.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in inventory control, inward/outward and dispatch planning.
• Knowledge of FIFO, GRN and warehouse documentation.
• Good communication and manpower coordination skills.
