Store Executive

Position: Store Executive / Store Officer
Department: Stores
Location: Chakan, Pune
Experience: 1-2 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Bicycle Industry

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and material movement.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper GRN, inward, outward and stock records.
• Issue materials to Production as per approved requirements.
• Maintain accurate physical and system stock.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper storage, identification and bin/location systems.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC and Accounts departments.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department about material shortages.
• Maintain proper documentation for material receipts, issues, returns and transfers.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the store area.
• Support periodic and monthly stock audits.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically to avoid damage or loss.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Stores / Inventory / Warehouse operations.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Bicycle / Engineering manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Basic knowledge of GRN, material inward/outward and stock reconciliation.
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge is required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage store activities independently and maintain accurate records.
