Store Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, documentation, and stock reconciliation in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
• Receive materials and verify quantity, specifications, and supporting documents against PO/GRN.
• Ensure proper storage, identification and preservation of materials.
• Issue raw materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and other materials as per authorised requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments for material requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
• Support monthly/annual stock audits and provide required inventory reports.
• Coordinate with the ERP/SAP team for accurate material transactions and inventory updates.
• Maintain proper records of rejected, damaged, and returned materials.
• Follow safety procedures while handling and storing materials.
