Store Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure proper inventory control
• Monitor stock movement and update inventory system regularly
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Receive incoming materials, check against delivery orders and purchase orders
• Inspect materials for quantity and quality before acceptance
• Ensure proper documentation for all inbound goods
• Issue materials to production or project teams based on requests
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability
• Track and manage material usage to avoid shortages or overstock
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the warehouse

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/store management
• Familiar with inventory systems and Microsoft Office skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
