Role & responsibilities

Monitor inventory level of raw, packing and general items vis--vis monthly production target;

Co-ordinate with corporate office for indentation of required raw and packing materials;

Assess the requirement of general items and indent for the required stock;

Assess and requisition necessary man power for conduct of store activities

Monitor unloading and receipt of incoming materials as per the given norms;

Co-ordinate with QC for quality inspection of all incoming materials.Ensure timely preparation GRN and update all stock records, bin cards, lot cards etc. on a daily basis;

Ensure that all materials are properly handled and stacked as per given norms;

Ensure that materials  are issued to production as per the given norms;

Maintain all necessary records and documents for identification and traceability of incoming materials.

Co-ordinate with internal and external auditors for stock audits, store documentation etc.

Implementon of FSSC 22000,FSSAI,GMP,GHP and 5S, SOPs &guidelines

Supervise loading activities and to ensure that despatch of FG is done Verify and case each and every case of finished goods and to ensure that the given procedure is being followed;Physically verify stock of finished goods in BSR and reconcile the same with production records;Maintain records of all dispatch documents

Co-ordinate with SCM and production department for dispatch of finished goods as per plan;

Monitor loading activities and to ensure that despatch of FG is done following the given standards and procedures;

Prepare and generate of statutory documents (tax invoice, delivery challans, e-way bills etc.) for despatch / sale / stock transfer of finished goods, machineries, scraps, QC samples, return materials etc.

Quantify optimum manpower requirement for execution of FG despatch plan and co-ordinate with HR department for availability thereof;

Co-ordinate with internal / external auditors & resolving audit queries in respect to central excise and service tax.Implementon of FSSC 22000,FSSAI,GMP,GHP and 5S, SOPs &guidelines

Co-ordinate with corporate for planning of FG dispatches;

Co ordinate with SCM for     arrange vehicle for dispatch of finished goods.

Co-ordinate with F&A - NOIDA / Corporate for arrangement of necessary fund for dispatch of FG to customers

Track FG consignments till its delivery in the destination and maintaining records thereof;

Ensure safety of FG in transit by means of execution of indemnity bond, preparing and maintaining details, records and photographs of the transports as well as it’s drivers and follow-ups during transit;

Track incoming consignments till receipt thereof in the factory;

Ensure early submission of freight bills to F&A and timely processing thereof;

Tracking of consignment till deliveryspot survey of damage/shortage consignment & assist insurance surveyor for claimed consignment

Maintenance of recordsLoading supervison, vehicle document verification etc
