Job Summary

Ten O' Clock Naturals Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive – Raw Material to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials used in cosmetic manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and possess good knowledge of inventory management, documentation, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials against Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of raw materials as per GMP and warehouse standards.
• Issue raw materials to Production as per approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
• Conduct daily stock verification and participate in monthly stock audits.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices to ensure proper inventory rotation.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Quality Assurance, and Production departments for smooth material movement.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety and EHS guidelines within the warehouse.
• Report shortages, damages, excess materials, or inventory discrepancies to the reporting manager.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and support internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Raw Material Stores, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or chemical manufacturing industry.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of GRN, MRS, FIFO, FEFO, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, Busy, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
