Store Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of semi-finished goods (SFG) while ensuring stock accuracy and traceability.
• Maintain all inventory transactions in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and prepare daily stock reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Planning teams for timely material availability and uninterrupted production.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Supervise store operations, material handling, housekeeping, and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (store keeping, GRN, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and logistics.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and team members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
