Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive with 1–3 years of experience in an Automotive / Auto-Component / Manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, inventory control, GRN, material issuing, stock verification, ERP/SAP updates, and store documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily store and inventory operations.
• Receive, verify, store, and issue materials as per requirements.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Receipt & Issue documents.
• Update inventory and stock records in ERP/SAP.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure material availability.
• Conduct physical stock verification and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure proper material identification, storage, and location management.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality teams.
• Maintain proper store documentation and inventory records.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management.
• Automotive / Auto-Component / Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of GRN, Material Receipt, Material Issue, and Stock Verification.
• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of inventory control and material handling.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Education

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in a relevant field.

Candidates with relevant Automotive Stores experience will be preferred.
