Store Executive

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, and preservation of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and other store management systems.
• Issue materials to production, maintenance, quality, and other departments as per approved requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock verification and support physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper material storage practices wherever applicable.
• Ensure proper handling of automotive components, raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams for material requirements.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and other store-related documents.
• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices within the store and warehouse.
• Follow company safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.
• Prepare daily/monthly inventory and store-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
• Knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
• Basic knowledge of automotive components and materials.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of FIFO, 5S, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
