Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Issue materials to departments/users as per approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records in SAP/software/manual registers.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and preservation of materials.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and assist in inventory audits.
• Prepare daily/monthly stock and consumption reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for material-related activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
