• Manage receipt, storage, issuance and inventory control of raw materials, packaging materials and consumables at the production unit.
• Verify incoming materials for quantity, quality, batch number, expiry date and specifications and complete GRN/inward documentation.
• Maintain accurate stock records, ERP/system entries and inventory registers, ensuring proper reconciliation of physical and system stock.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure proper storage, labelling, segregation and handling of food and perishable materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase and vendors for timely procurement, delivery follow-ups, shortages, replacements and pending orders.
• Raise purchase requisitions/indents based on production requirements, stock levels and minimum/maximum inventory levels.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification, identify shortages, excess, damaged or expired materials and report variances to management.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability, proper documentation and compliance with store and food-safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, purchase, procurement, warehouse, FMCG, bakery, food production, or manufacturing
• Experience in handling raw materials, packaging materials and consumables preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation and documentation
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, material handling and stock control
• Good communication, coordination and vendor follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• High level of accuracy, discipline and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a bakery, food production, QSR, FMCG, hospitality or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in purchase coordination, vendor management or procurement preferred
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and storage standards will be preferred

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on experience and operational expertise

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
