Store Executive

Job Description – Store ExecutiveJob Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Perform regular physical inventory counting and stock verification.
• Prepare and check inward and outward stock entries.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documents.
• Issue materials as per approved requirements.
• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.
• Check stock movement and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain proper storage and arrangement of materials.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, production, and dispatch teams.
• Report stock shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned person.
• Ensure proper inward/outward register and system entries are maintained.
• Follow company procedures for stock control and store management.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory and store management.
• Knowledge of inward/outward process and invoice preparation.
• Basic MS Excel/computer skills.
• Good record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with different departments.

Pay: ₹10,013.78 - ₹22,651.61 per month
