Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse activities.
• Handle RM, PM, FG and consumable material receipt, storage and issuance.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue/receipt, stock transfer and other store records.
• Ensure proper material identification, labelling, storage and segregation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in ERP/system.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA/QC and other departments for material requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP and safety requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses or discrepancies to the reporting manager.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and documentation within the store area.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Pharma / Nutraceuticals / FMCG manufacturing stores.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP / inventory management software will be preferred.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Candidates with relevant Pharma (OSD) / Nutraceuticals experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
