Store Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including material receipt, issue, inward and outward entries.
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and inventory.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Update stock data in ERP/SAP and Excel and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare stock, purchase, consumption, dispatch, production, and inventory reports.
• Monitor physical stock and reconcile it with system records.
• Conduct regular stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO for proper inventory management.
• Maintain records of batch numbers, expiry dates, GRN, material issues, and dispatches.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA/QC, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
• Prepare Excel dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
• Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, excess inventory, slow-moving and near-expiry materials.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, segregation, cleanliness, and GMP compliance in the store.
• Provide timely MIS and inventory updates to management.
• Maintain proper documentation as per company SOPs and food safety requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP/SAP will be preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory and store management.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and batch-wise stock control.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, beverages, dairy, bakery, or other food-industry companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sonipat District, Haryana
