Job Description

We are looking for a Store Executive with 1–3 years of experience in Store & Inventory Management, preferably from an Automotive / Auto Component / Manufacturing background.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and inventory operations.
• Receive, inspect, store and issue materials as per requirements.
• Maintain stock records and update ERP/SAP entries.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material receipt and material issue documents.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability.
• Conduct physical stock verification and maintain accurate records.
• Follow proper material identification, storage and FIFO practices.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Quality departments.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth material movement.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of relevant Store / Inventory experience
• ERP / SAP knowledge is mandatory
• Experience in Automotive / Auto Component / Manufacturing industry preferred
• Good knowledge of GRN, material receipt/issue and stock management
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills

Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently based in Pune preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at Bhosari MIDC, Pune.
• Candidates with relevant automotive/manufacturing store experience will be preferred.
