Job Description – Store Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage inventory, maintain stock records, handle material receipts and issues, and coordinate with the Purchase, Project, and Accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily stock and inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery challans.
• Issue materials to site teams against approved material requisitions.
• Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and other store documents.
• Update stock entries in SAP or ERP software.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material requirements and shortages.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and report low-stock items.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and safety of electrical materials.
• Track material transfers between the warehouse and project sites.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of material returns, damaged goods, and excess stock.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory and store management.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and stock registers.
• SAP / ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
• Knowledge of electrical materials is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge

• Electrical cables, wires, switches, panels, MCBs, MCCBs, conduits, and other electrical project materials.
• Purchase Orders, GRNs, delivery challans, and material issue slips.
• Inventory reconciliation and stock control.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
