Job Description - Store Executive

Location: Kosi Kalan

Experience: 2- 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, raw materials and daily stock records.
• Conduct physical stock counting and reconciliation (mandatory).
• Monitor tank-wise/product-wise stock, diesel, LDO and LSHS consumption.
• Handle material receiving, issuing, loading, unloading and dispatch records.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for production.
• Maintain accurate physical and system stock records and prepare monthly stock reports.
• Maintain material tagging, PPE stock, First Aid supplies and 5S practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Head Office.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma preferred.
• Relevant experience in store and inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in physical stock counting is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google sheets and inventory documentation.
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of 5S and basic store safety practices

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Diploma preferred.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Store/Inventory operations, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable working at the Kosi plant.
• Hands-on experience in physical stock counting is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience handling raw materials, chemicals, fuel/oil stocks and dispatch operations will be preferred.
