Store executive

A Store Executive manages daily store or inventory operations, oversees stock levels, processes transactions or material records, and ensures high standards of customer service or internal supply chain coordination. Core Responsibilities • Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular physical audits, and record stock movements (such as inward/outward registers and Goods Receipt Notes - GRNs). • Operations & Point-of-Sale (POS): Handle sales transactions, manage cash or billing reconciliation, and open or close the store. • Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, track pending deliveries, verify packing slips against purchase orders, and process returnable/non-returnable gate passes. • Customer Service & Merchandising: Assist walk-in customers, maintain visual merchandising/store cleanliness standards, and resolve customer complaints. • Reporting & Compliance: Generate daily or weekly sales, inventory variance, and consumption reports, while ensuring safety and company policy compliance. • Staff Guidance: Supervise, train, or coordinate with junior floor or warehouse staff.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
