Store Executive

• Store Management: Handle day-to-day store operations, maintain proper arrangement of stock and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock records of raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials and other store items.
• Stock Inward & Outward: Record all incoming and outgoing materials and verify quantity against invoices, challans and purchase orders.
• Stock Reconciliation: Regularly check physical stock with system records and report any shortage, excess or mismatch.
• Accounts Handling: Maintain basic accounts records related to store purchases, sales, stock transactions and expenses.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain daily stock registers, invoices, vouchers, bills and other related documents.
• Purchase & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with the purchase, production, accounts and dispatch departments for material requirements and stock availability.
• Excel & MIS Reports: Prepare daily stock reports, inventory statements and other reports using MS Excel.
• Stock Control: Ensure proper storage of materials and avoid unnecessary wastage, damage or loss.
• Reporting: Report stock discrepancies, low-stock items and other store-related issues to the management on time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
