Store Executive

• Maintain daily stock records of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, spare parts, and other store items.
• Record all purchase, receipt, issue, and stock transfer transactions in Tally.
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), material requisitions, and issue slips.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable, particularly for perishable and date-sensitive materials.
• Coordinate with quality and production teams regarding material receipt, storage conditions, and expiry dates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports using Excel.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with applicable food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
