Store Executive

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, material movement, and inventory tracking at our infrastructure project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless materials management, accurate record-keeping through ERP systems, and tight control over physical stock levels.

Role & responsibilities

• Inventory & ERP Management: Perform day-to-day data entry and management using ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on SAP MM (Materials Management) modules.
• Material Handling: Manage the complete lifecycle of materials including material receipt, verification, store issuance, and stock transfers.
• Documentation & GRN: Efficiently generate and manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), system purchase orders, and all relevant delivery challans or inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock verifications and maintain absolute synchronization between system inventory and physical ground stock.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the core purchasing, site engineering, and accounts teams to track material requirements and resolve shortages or discrepancies.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Oversee material stacking, clear tagging, and general organization of the project store layout to ensure clean and hazard-free workspaces.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education & Gender: Open to Male Candidates (as per site requirements).
• Industry Experience: Direct working experience within a Construction or Infrastructure background is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Mandatory operational knowledge of SAP or equivalent industry-standard ERP platforms.
• Competencies: Strong numerical accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling multi-category project materials.
