Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders.
• Issue raw materials, consumables, and spare parts to production/maintenance departments.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliation and reporting.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment.
• Handle documentation (GRN, Material Issue Slip, Stock Register, etc.).
• Coordinate with purchase and accounts for material inward/outward.
• Support audit requirements with complete store records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms in store operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management in manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with stock reconciliation and audit processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Attention to detail in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple items and categories.
• Team coordination with purchase, accounts, and production.
