Job Description

Aanya Real Estate is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage construction site inventory, material receipts, storage, and issuance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction site store operations.
• Check material quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and GRNs.
• Issue materials to site engineers as per approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team.
• Conduct physical stock verification and prepare stock reports.
• Ensure proper storage and prevent material damage or wastage.

Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in store management, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
• Basic MS Excel and stock record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
