Store Executive

Role Overview:

Green Tiger Mobility is looking for a detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory, spare parts, and production materials, ensuring accurate stock records and timely material availability for vehicle conversions and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials, spare parts, and components.
• Maintain stock records in ERP/Transact and coordinate with the accounts team for Tally reconciliation.
• Verify material receipts against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Issue materials to production, service, and RFC teams as per approved requirements and BOM.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Track minimum stock levels, shortages, damaged items, and slow-moving inventory.
• Maintain proper storage, SKU identification, and warehouse organization.
• Ensure proper documentation of material transfers, returns, warranty parts, and scrap.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily stock reports and support monthly inventory reconciliation.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or inventory control.

• Working knowledge of Excel and inventory management software.

• Understanding of GRN, stock inward/outward, material issue, and stock reconciliation.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability.

• Experience in automotive, EV, manufacturing, or spare-parts inventory will be preferred.
