Job Description: Store Executive ERP

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive to manage inward operations, product returns, GRN-related activities, and invoice documentation. The role requires accurate system updates, coordination with internal teams, and timely reconciliation of store-related information.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inward & GRN Management

• Manage and monitor the inward process for all products received at the store.
• Record product-level inward and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) information accurately in the system.
• Verify received products against purchase orders (POs), invoices, and supporting documents.
• Identify and report discrepancies in quantities, product details, or documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all inward transactions.

2. Return Product Management

• Record complete details of returned products in the system.
• Coordinate with the respective teams regarding returned products.
• Track return status and ensure timely closure of pending cases.
• Update credit notes and other financial information related to product returns.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of return transactions.

3. Bill & Invoice Management

• Enter bills and invoices accurately into the system.
• Verify invoice details against received products and supporting documents.
• Submit invoices and supporting documents to the Accounts Team on time.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Team to resolve invoice discrepancies and support reconciliation.

4. System & Documentation Management

• Update all product, inward, return, GRN, and invoice information accurately and on time.
• Follow standard operating procedures for system updates and document management.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all store-related transactions.

5. Coordination & Follow-up

• Coordinate with the store, operations, accounts, procurement, and other relevant teams.
• Follow up on pending inward, return, credit note, and invoice-related activities.
• Escalate discrepancies or operational issues to the concerned team promptly.
