Store Experience Associate

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented store team member to join La Marea. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or applicants with a background in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food and Beverage Services, HRM, or other related courses.

The Store Staff will assist in daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, maintain product quality and cleanliness, and support the team in ensuring a pleasant experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.

• Handle cashiering, payments, and basic sales transactions.

• Prepare, pack, and serve food and beverages according to company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, dining area, counters, and workstations.

• Monitor product supplies and inform the Store Supervisor of low-stock or damaged items.

• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and store operating procedures.

• Assist with opening and closing store procedures.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.

• Support promotions, product displays, and other store activities.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Store Supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.

• Customer-oriented, friendly, and approachable.

• Presentable appearance and has good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by store operations.
