Store Front Attendant/ cook

Front End Associate

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the front end of the store.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Scan and bag items for customers, ensuring proper handling and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist with sanitizing and disinfecting high-touch surfaces regularly to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

Skills:

• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating totals.
• Previous experience in food service or cashiering is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
• Understanding of the food industry and food preparation processes.
