Store Helper

• Receive, verify, and arrange stores, airline supplies, beverages, catering materials, and other items as per approved documentation.
• Prepare and issue items against authorized requisitions/loading requirements, ensuring accurate quantities and item codes.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receipts, issues, returns, and transfers for proper traceability.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory, immediately reporting any shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure items remain properly secured, sealed, labelled, and stored, while complying with customs, airport security, and company procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a bond store, warehouse, stores, logistics, airline catering, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with stock handling, inventory control, receiving, issuing, and stock reconciliation is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based operational environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with a strong commitment to security, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
