About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Helper to join our team at Pamela's Petshop and Poultry Supply OPC in San Pedro City, Laguna. As a Store Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pet supply store, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting customers by answering product-related queries and providing recommendations
• Cleaning, restocking, and organising shelves to maintain an inviting and well-stocked store
• Preparing and processing sales transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the store
• Collaborating with the team to support various store operations and activities
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment

What we're looking for

• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for customer service
• Strong organisational and time management skills to multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining store presentation
• Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
• Availability to work during store hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fit to work in an open-store pet/farm supply setting

Qualifications

• With or without related previous work experience

• Atleast highschool graduate

• Can comfortably lift 50 kilograms

Stay-Out only. We prefer applicants who resides near/within San Pedro, Laguna to ensure punctuality.
