Store Housekeeping

Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, orderliness, and overall presentation of the café store to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire café store, including dining, service, kitchen, storage, and restroom areas.
• Regularly sweep, mop, wipe, dust, and sanitize floors, tables, chairs, counters, glass panels, fixtures, and other store areas.
• Ensure customer-facing areas are consistently clean, organized, and presentable.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Properly collect, segregate, and dispose of store waste.
• Monitor and replenish housekeeping and sanitation supplies.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of store equipment and non-food-contact areas.
• Immediately report maintenance concerns, damages, spills, safety hazards, or other store issues to the Store/Café Manager.
• Follow company standards on sanitation, safety, cleanliness, and proper waste disposal.
• Assist with basic store utility tasks and other operational support as needed.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Store/Café Manager or immediate supervisor.
