STORE HR COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and facilitate manpower requirements and vacant positions.
• Coordinate with Recruitment for sourcing and filling vacancies.
• Receive, check, and file pre-employment requirements of new hires and merchandisers.
• Conduct basic orientation on company policies, store procedures, and rules.
• Assist with employee onboarding and endorsement to the Store Manager.
• Enroll new employees in the biometric system and HRIS.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Handle timekeeping and petty cash monitoring.
• Assist in meetings, events, reports, and other HR administrative activities.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• With HR and administrative experience.
• With timekeeping experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Team player, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
• Willing to work in a store-based/retail environment.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
