Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor / Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, stock verification and ERP-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong inventory management skills, leadership abilities and experience supervising store operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily store and inventory operations.

* Monitor and maintain accurate stock records.

* Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.

* Track stock receipts, issues, transfers and balances.

* Update and maintain inventory details in ERP systems.

* Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

* Supervise store staff and allocate daily tasks.

* Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.

* Identify stock discrepancies and take necessary corrective action.

* Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the store.

* Prepare inventory and stock-related reports for management.

* Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory policies.
