Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct daily/weekly stock counts, receive incoming materials, and verify against purchase orders.
• Operational Management: Oversee opening/closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety/health regulations.
• Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and schedule staff while monitoring performance and addressing,7].
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily/monthly sales, inventory, and reporting.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
