STORE IN-CHARGE

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and leading the work of team members.
• Responsible for the operational efficiency and productivity, and compliance with pre-set operation procedures.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and improving outlet performance in terms of sales, customer service, and cost management.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in any discipline or at least two (2) years of experience managing multiple categories in a Hypermarket/ Supermarket/ Departmental store.
• Proficiency in the management areas of Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling in order to meet standards.
• To plan and implement strategies to maximize sales own branch.
• Able to work long hours and irregular hours, including public holidays, weekends, and shift work.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
