Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward movement of materials, tools, and equipment; ensure compliance with company store procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
• Verify materials received against purchase orders and invoices.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely material replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Project, Accounts, and Site teams.
• Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and timely availability of materials at the project site.
