Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, stock movement, and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth store activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and activities.
• Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
• Identify damaged, missing, or expired stock and report the same.
• Prepare daily and periodic stock reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
• Ensure proper handling and movement of stock.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle store operations independently
• 4 wheeler driving is mandatry.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Store / Warehouse / Inventory Management preferred.
• Candidates with FMCG, retail, or distribution experience will be preferred.
• Should be responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
