Job Description – Store & Inventory ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Store & Warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, tagging, and issue.
• Maintain accurate stock records, stock ledger, and inventory levels.
• Monitor Minimum/Maximum stock levels and identify slow-moving/non-moving materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions/IRRs and coordinate with Purchase for material requirements.
• Handle SAP MM transactions including GR, GI, stock transfer, returns, cancellations, and inventory posting.
• Prepare daily/monthly inventory reports, stock sheets, and MIS in Excel.
• Manage Gate Entry and Depot Plant-related transactions.
• Generate and analyze ERP reports related to stock, purchase orders, material aging, and inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments.

Required Skills

• 2–10 years of experience in Stores/Inventory/Warehouse, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MM and inventory management prefered.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
