Store In-Charge

To manage, organizes, and maintains the inventory, supplies, and stock inside storerooms, and other storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inspection: Unload, count, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes, invoices, or purchase orders.
• Stock Organization: Label items properly and place them in designated storage areas using the different method to manage expiration dates.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels in real time using spreadsheets or inventory software, and record Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Issuing & Dispatch: Pick, pack, and release materials or supplies only against approved department requests or indents.
• Auditing & Reordering: Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile differences, and notify purchasing teams when supplies run low.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Keep the storage area clean, safe, and hazard-free while following proper material handling rules.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: commerce degree or diploma in materials management.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP software).
• Physical Ability: Stamina to stand, walk, and regularly lift or move materials.
