Manufacturing Industry Experience is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Raw Material Store and ensure smooth material flow to production.

Receive, inspect, and properly record incoming raw materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and GRNs.

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.

Issue raw materials to the production department against approved material requisitions.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement and Production departments to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.

Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records.

Investigate and report stock variances, damages, shortages, and discrepancies.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and preservation of raw materials.

Coordinate with Quality Control regarding inspection and acceptance/rejection of incoming materials.

Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and security standards within the store.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.

Coordinate with Accounts, Procurement, Production, and Management regarding inventory-related matters.

Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree / B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company.
• Raw Material Store experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in FMCG, textile, chemical, pharmaceutical, packaging, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Sher Shah Colony: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
