Store Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• Manage complete store operations including inward & outward material entries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation
• Monitor and control material movement within and outside the company
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly goods movement reports
• Process purchase bills and coordinate with accounts department
• Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, challans, and stock registers
• Ensure stock availability as per production requirements
• Communicate effectively with production, purchase, and management teams
• Draft and respond to official emails professionally
• Maintain proper filing and documentation system

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum B.Com Graduate
• 03+ years experience as Store In Charge (preferably in Metal / Manufacturing Industry)
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
