Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records using Tally ERP.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors, negotiate prices, and manage vendor relationships for timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Monitor GRN (Goods Received Note) process, verify invoices against POs (Purchase Orders), and perform billing tasks accurately.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical industry.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software for managing inventory and accounts.
• Strong negotiation skills for effective vendor development and price reduction.
