Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase/reorder requirements when needed.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory records.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with departments, vendors, and the purchase team.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
• Eligibility & Skills:
• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Stores/Inventory Management will be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in store/inventory management, preferably in an educational institution or similar organization.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per day
