• Supervise and coordinate daily store activities
• Implement and maintain safety and security procedures
• Manage and oversee store personnel, including scheduling and performance evaluations
• Handle customer service, complaints, and returns professionally
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-merchandised
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and records
• (IT asset Spare Parts)Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock delivery and monitor stock levels
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished products
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and track stock movement
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
