What they need

- Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum and maximum inventory limits are maintained.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and obsolete stock.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO, wherever applicable.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure proper inspection, counting, and recording of received materials.
- Prepare material issue slips, stock transfer records, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
- Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requests.
- Coordinate timely dispatch of materials to customers, production units, or other locations.
