Store In-charge (Raw Material)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage daily store operations and inventory records
✔ Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation
✔ Maintain accurate inventory documentation and ERP records
✔ Conduct physical stock counts and investigate discrepancies
✔ Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles
✔ Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
✔ Maintain proper storage conditions, cleanliness, and safety standards
✔ Prepare stock reports and support internal and external audits

Requirements

Pharm-D / Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred or required as per role
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a relevant field
Relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations
Knowledge of inventory management, documentation, and stock reconciliation
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Strong organizational, reporting, and coordination skills
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Herbal, or FMCG manufacturing will be preferred
