About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Restaurant Stock and Inventory Controller to conduct regular physical counts of food, beverage, and dry stock and maintain accurate digital records using restaurant management software.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical counts of food, beverage, and dry stock
- Maintain accurate digital records using restaurant management software
- Reconcile sales figures and POS data
About you
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in hospitality inventory systems
- Strong knowledge about Excel, Google Sheet, Stock/Inventory software and any related softwares
