Store Keeper

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the system.
• Issue spare parts and consumables to maintenance personnel as per approved requests.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team for material receipt and verification.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
• Prepare stock reports and maintain all store-related documentation.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of mobile crane, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical spare parts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a mobile crane, heavy equipment, construction, or transport company.
• Knowledge of mobile crane spare parts and maintenance materials preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and stock control.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred.
