Role: Store Keeper
Location: Wuse Zone 3, Abuja

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of inventory within the store. They will ensure proper stock management, monitor inventory levels, maintain organized storage, and support the efficient movement of office equipment, IT products, and other store items while ensuring compliance with company inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly record all incoming stock and materials.
• Store products in an organized, safe, and accessible manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements promptly.
• Issue items only against properly authorized requests.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify Management of low stock or reorder requirements.
• Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of all inventory items.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and secure at all times.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
• Verify the quality and quantity of items received from suppliers.
• Monitor damaged, obsolete, or expired items and report them accordingly.
• Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to ensure timely availability of stock.
• Ensure compliance with the company's inventory control policies and procedures.
• Perform any other store-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing inventory for ICT products, office equipment, computers, laptops, printers, networking devices, accessories, and office stationery.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of ICT products and their specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP software is an added advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain accountability for company inventory and company assets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₦120,000.00 per month
