Storekeeper Job Description

A storekeeper is responsible for the management and maintenance of a store or warehouse.

Their key duties include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods to ensure they meet specifications and are in good condition.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure optimal inventory management.

• Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

• Coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.

• Maintaining a clean and organized storage and display area.

• Assisting with other warehouse tasks as assigned.

• Possessing strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

• Possessing physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the store.

The ideal candidate for a storekeeper position should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a similar role, and familiarity with inventory management software Oddoo systems.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Storekeeper to join our team. ANY NATIONALITY

* Experience: 2-3 years

* Education: Graduate /non-Graduate

* Language: English /HINDI/ Basic Arabic is an advantage

* Good in communication skills

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
