- Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices
- Stores supplies and equipment in storerooms and housekeeping
- Issues supplies
- Inventories record of supplies and equipment
- Compiles report of expenditures
- Tools and equipment follow up and recording
- Borrowing item controlling
- Undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time
